How about "KENJI",his in the Capcom Fighting Evolution right? along with Lion.Is he available for mugen or he exist.If he existed can I request for him...

u can download fraya's chars at his site: http://fraya.fc2web.com/
click on the "自作格闘ゲームDOHページ" link in the main menu, then scroll down and click on DOWNLOAD. there'll be 3 gigantic rar files for u to download (around 100MBs), all 3 contains chars mostly made by fraya and other authors, even contains ingrid.
*you'll need to turn off your firewall and have japanese encoding active in your internet browser before you can download the files, else it'll just say file not found when you try and download it.*
after download, b4 u start extracting, make sure u erase all the weird characters (all the japanese) in the name of the rar file, else it'll really mess up the extracting, well, it did for me anywayz
good luck finding it
and btw, when u do find the chars and if u copy it into ur own mugen, u'll need a copy of the common1.cns file found in one of those 3 rar files (check in the data folder), else the chars will freeze during certain moves. just paste the common1.cns into the char's folder. this counts for all of the other chars found in the DOH package
alot of english, hope someone can translate all of this for our italian/brazilian/etc friends
